2. Data We Collect

When you submit a quote request, we collect the contact person's or company's name, phone number, email and LINE ID (if provided), job details (service, glass model, quantity, number of colors, notes), and attached artwork files.

Please do not include sensitive personal data, such as health or religious information, in the notes or attachments.

3. Purposes and Legal Basis

We use your data to prepare and send a quotation, contact you to clarify job details, and take steps at your request before entering into a contract (Section 24(3)).

Your name and phone number are needed so we can contact you. Without them, we cannot prepare a quotation.

We do not use your data for marketing or advertising, and we do not sell it to anyone.

4. Who Receives Your Data

Vercel Inc.: website hosting and quote request system

Google LLC: Google Sheets to record requests, Gmail to receive notification emails with their attachments, and Google Drive to store artwork files larger than 3 MB

Resend: sends notification emails and attachments to our sales team

These providers may store data on servers outside Thailand, including in the United States. We may also disclose data when required by law.

5. Third-Party Content on the Website

The website loads fonts from Google Fonts, maps from Google Maps, and portfolio images from Facebook through Curator.io. Under their own policies, these providers may receive your IP address and browser information.

Our website does not set cookies for tracking or advertising.

A logo file you upload in the 3D design studio is processed only in your browser and is not sent to us.

6. Retention Period

We keep quote request data, including artwork files on Google Drive, for 5 years from the date we receive it, then delete or anonymize it, unless the law requires longer retention, such as accounting and tax documents after a sale.

7. Your Rights

Subject to legal conditions, you may request access to and a copy of your data, correction, erasure, restriction of use, object to processing, or request or ask us to transfer your data. Contact us using the details in Section 1. We will respond within 30 days after receiving your request.

You may complain to Thailand's Personal Data Protection Committee Office if you believe we have not complied with the law.

We may update this notice from time to time. The latest update date will appear above.
